The Most Eagerly Anticipated Anime of Spring 2018

Are you ready for yet another great season of anime?! As always, it feels like there are too many can’t-miss series, and RMS is here to help you out with our list of the Top 10 Most Anticipated Anime of Spring 2018 season. It’s a season that’s loaded with long-awaited sequels. Like High School DxD Hero, and interesting adaptations, like Comic Girls.
Here are some of the series to keep an eye on once spring arrives!

10. Sword Art Online Alternative: Gun Gale Online

Karen Kohiruimaki always felt out of place in the real world. Due to her extreme height, she found it hard to make friends with other girls her age. Everything changes when she's introduced to VR and Gun Gale Online. In GGO, Karen is free to play the cute, chibi avatar of her dreams! Can Karen find friendship in this bullet-ridden MMO...?

9. Food Wars! Shokugeki no Soma: The Third Plate (Totsuki Train Arc)

The Training Arc is the second story arc of the Shokugeki no Soma series. It focuses on the 92nd Tōtsuki Generation's first major event: Tōtsuki Friendship and Rapport Training Camp at the Tōtsuki Resort. The first half of Food Wars! The Third Plate premiered on October 3, 2017, then its last 12th episode was aired on December 20. The highly-anticipated second half "Tatsuki Train Arc" is set to premiere on Tokyo MX and BS11 on April 8.

8. Piano no Mori (The Perfect World of Kai)

A tranquil tale about two boys from very different upbringings. On one hand, you have Kai, born as the son of a prostitute, who's been playing the abandoned piano in the forest near his home ever since he was young. And on the other you have Syuhei, practically breast-fed by the piano as the son of a family of prestigious pianists. Yet it is their common bond with the piano that eventually intertwines their paths in life.

7. Inazuma Eleven: Ares no Tenbin

The story of Inazuma Eleven: Ares no Tenbin is set after the first Inazuma Eleven. However, it will take place in a parallel world from all other Inazuma Eleven soccer role-playing games (apart from the first) because the story has taken a different course.

6. Steins; Gate 0

The dark untold story of Steins; Gate that leads with the eccentric mad scientist Okabe, struggling to recover from a failed attempt at rescuing Kurisu. He decides to give up and abandons his lively scientist alter ego, in pursuit to forget the past. 
When all seems to be normal, he is seemingly pulled back into the past by meeting an acquaintance of Kurisu, who tells him that they have begun testing a device that stores the memory of a human and creates a simulation of them with their characteristics and personalities. Zero is a side story that explores events from the Beta Attractor Field's future that contribute to making the end of the original story possible.

5. Comic Girls

Kaoruko Moeta, a 15-year-old high school student who makes a manga with a pen named Chaos. When a reader survey ranks Kaoruko at rock bottom, her editor recommends a transfer to an all-female manga creator dorm.
It's here that she meets and shares in encouragement with fellow mangaka Koyume Koizuka, who makes shojo manga; Ruki Irokawa, who specializes in teen romance; and Tsubasa Katsuki, the shonen creator of the group.

4. Hozuki’s Coolheadedness 2nd Season: Sono Ni

Hell is a bureaucracy, and business is running smoother than ever thanks to the demonic efficiency of Hoozuki, chief deputy to Lord Enma, the King of Hell. Whether offering counsel to the Momotarou of Japanese folklore or receiving diplomatic missions from the Judeo-Christian Hell, the demon who runs the show from behind the king's imposing shadow is ready to beat down any challenges coming his way into a bloody pulp. 
This referential and anachronistic dark comedy brings new meaning to the phrase "employer liability." Just how hard could it be to manage employees from hell, anyway?

3. My Hero Academia Season 3

My Hero Academia is set to premiere its third season on April 7. Teasing perilous situations for Class 1-A's students as they battle new members of the League of Villains, ones whose Quirks and visual designs are far more disturbing than seen from the villains of the past.
If you are eagerly waiting for season 3 of the series, it recently revealed a new trailer teasing the season as well as an image teasing the season during its official announcement.

2. Tokyo Ghoul: re

Two years have passed since the CCG's raid on Anteiku. Although the atmosphere in Tokyo has changed drastically due to the increased influence of the CCG, ghouls continue to pose a problem as they have begun taking caution, especially the terrorist organization Aogiri Tree.
who acknowledge the CCG's growing threat to their existence. The creation of a special team, known as the Quinx Squad, may provide the CCG with the push they need to exterminate Tokyo's unwanted residents.

1. High School DxD Hero

This is the Fourth season of High School DxD. If you unfamiliar with High School DxD the story as follows Hyoudou Issei is a (perverted) high school boy. When he goes out on a date with his first girlfriend Amano Yuuma.
He is killed by her. Her true identity is Raynare, a fallen angel sent by a secret society Grigori to eliminate dangerous divine weapons. Issei is reincarnated as a devil by his senpai Rias Gremory, a Duke of Hell. Issei serves as Rias's low-rank devil and fights against the fallen angels.
